The TRYGG Hoodie is a heavyweight cotton hoodie engineered around a recognised medical principle — Deep Pressure Therapy — without looking like one.

At 340 GSM, the fabric is substantially denser than a standard hoodie. That density exerts a soft, even pressure across your shoulders, ribcage, and the back of your neck. The pressure activates your proprioceptive receptors and signals your nervous system to shift from sympathetic (fight-or-flight) to parasympathetic (rest-and-digest).

How do I care for it?
Machine wash at 30°C, inside out, with similar garments. No tumble drying — it damages the brushed fleece interior. With proper care, the hoodie holds its shape for years.

What if the size doesn't fit?
We exchange for a different size, free, within 30 days. Standard 14-day cash returns also available under EU consumer law. The garment must be unworn (apart from a try-on), undamaged, and in its original packaging.
