Return & Refund Policy

The Exchange Promise — 30 days

You receive your TRYGG Hoodie. You wear it at home, in your space, for up to 30 days. If the fit isn't right, or the colour doesn't feel like yours, we exchange it — free.

Just write to us at hello@weartrygg.com with your order number and tell us what you'd like instead. We send a prepaid return label, and your new piece ships out as soon as the first one is on its way back.

The exchange is free for size and colour swaps within 30 days. The original item must be unworn (apart from a try-on), undamaged, and in its original packaging.

14-day Right of Withdrawal (EU Law)

Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, write to us at hello@weartrygg.com within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned in its original condition (unworn apart from a try-on, undamaged, with original packaging).

The 14-day withdrawal period starts the day after you (or a person you designate) takes physical possession of the goods.

**Return shipping for withdrawal returns is paid by the customer** (approximately €7-10 depending on destination). We provide a prepaid return label for convenience and deduct the shipping cost from your refund.

You will receive a refund to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned product, provided it meets the conditions above.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your TRYGG Hoodie arrives damaged or defective, we cover everything. Free return shipping, free replacement or full cash refund — your choice. Just send a photo to hello@weartrygg.com within 7 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

1. Email hello@weartrygg.com with your order number
2. Tell us if you want an exchange (size/colour swap) or a refund (within 14 days)
3. We send you a prepaid return label
4. Drop the parcel at your nearest pick-up point within 7 days
5. We process your exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the return

Items That Cannot Be Returned

- Items worn beyond a reasonable try-on
- Items damaged by the customer after delivery
- Items returned after the relevant window (30 days for exchanges, 14 days for withdrawal)
