The product
How much does the hoodie weigh?
Between 650 g and 900 g depending on size (S to 3XL). The weight isn't in beads or inserts — it's in the density of the cloth itself. The sensation is even across your whole torso, not localised the way a weighted blanket feels.
Is this a hoodie for neurodivergent people?
It's a hoodie for anyone whose nervous system needs to drop a gear — diagnosed or not. A significant share of our community is neurodivergent (ADHD, ASD, HSP). Another share isn't. Both describe the same return-to-self feeling.
What size should I take?
The cut is extra oversized and unisex. For the everyday silhouette, take your usual size. For the maximum-cocoon effect, size up. Our Size Guide tells you exactly which to pick based on your body type.
Will it shrink in the wash?
With proper care (30°C, inside out, no tumble dryer) the hoodie holds its shape for years. The brushed interior softens over time but doesn't lose its density.
What's the difference between TRYGG and a weighted blanket?
A weighted blanket only works when you're sitting or lying down. TRYGG works wherever you are — at your desk, on the train, in a meeting. Same physiological response, but mobile and discreet.
Ordering and shipping
How long does delivery take?
Each TRYGG is made on demand, dispatched within 5 working days from our European studio in Riga. After dispatch:
- EU (Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden): 3-5 working days
- UK: 5-7 working days (customs pre-paid, no fees at delivery)
- Norway, Switzerland: 7-10 working days
Do you ship to the UK?
Yes. No customs to settle on arrival — we pre-pay them from our European warehouse.
Is shipping really free?
Free on all orders across Europe and the UK in our priority markets. Yes, even just one hoodie.
Can I cancel my order?
Because each TRYGG is made on demand, production starts within hours of your order. Cancellations are only possible if requested at hello@weartrygg.com within 2 hours of ordering.
Returns and exchanges
How do I know it works before buying?
You don't — it's a sensation. But you can try it without risk: 30 days to wear it at home, free exchanges for size or colour. Standard 14-day cash returns also available under EU consumer law.
What if the size doesn't fit?
We exchange for free within 30 days. Write to hello@weartrygg.com and we'll send a prepaid return label.
What if I want to give it as a gift?
Free gift wrap option at checkout. If the size doesn't fit the recipient, exchange within 30 days — even after the parcel is opened.

Where is the hoodie made?
Designed in Belgium. Cotton knit in Guatemala, sewn in Nicaragua by Bella+Canvas — a WRAP-certified social audit mill. Each TRYGG is then printed and dispatched on demand from our European studio in Riga, Latvia.
Why "made on demand"?
Because we'd rather make exactly what you order than overproduce, store, and discount later. No warehouse. No overstock. No mid-season sales because we got it wrong.
