SHIPPING POLICY
Order processing. Orders are picked and dispatched from our fulfilment partner’s warehouse in Germany within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday start processing on the next business day. You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the warehouse.
Delivery times (in business days, counted from dispatch):
- Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Austria, Denmark: 2 to 3 business days
- Rest of the European Union: 3 to 6 business days
From order to doorstep, expect 3 to 5 business days for the countries listed first. Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.
Shipping cost. Shipping is free on every order, to every country we ship to. There is no minimum order value.
Customs and import charges. Every parcel is dispatched from within the European Union. For deliveries inside the EU there are no import duties and no customs charges: the price shown at checkout is the final price, VAT included. You will never be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Where we ship. We ship to Belgium and to all European Union member states. We do not currently ship outside the European Union.
Delayed or lost parcels. If your parcel has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch, email us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier. If the parcel cannot be traced we will send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Incorrect address. Please check your delivery address carefully before paying. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange a new shipment at no extra cost.
