RETURN & REFUND POLICY
The 60-night trial. Sleep under your TRYGG weighted blanket for up to 60 nights. If it does not find its place on your bed, email hello@weartrygg.com with your order number within 60 days of delivery. We send you a prepaid return label and refund you in full once the blanket reaches us. No explanation required, no restocking fee, return shipping on us.
The blanket must come back complete and in a condition consistent with normal home use. Slept under is expected; torn, stained or deliberately damaged is not. The 60-night trial is a commercial guarantee we offer voluntarily, in addition to the statutory rights set out below, and it never replaces them.
14-day right of withdrawal (EU law). Under Directive 2011/83/EU and Belgian consumer law you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The period starts the day after you, or a person you designate, take physical possession of the goods. To exercise it, email hello@weartrygg.com within those 14 days. You may use the statutory model withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to.
If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, no later than 14 days after we receive the goods back or you supply proof that you have sent them. Under the statutory route you bear the direct cost of returning the goods; under our 60-night trial we cover it for you, which is why the trial is usually the better option for you.
Faulty or damaged items. You benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery under Belgian law. If the blanket arrives damaged, or a seam or the filling fails in normal use, email us with your order number and a photo. We repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
How to return.
- Email hello@weartrygg.com with your order number.
- We reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label.
- Pack the blanket in its original bag if you still have it, or any sturdy packaging.
- Drop it off at the carrier point shown on the label.
- We refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.
