Which weight should you choose?

The rule is simple and widely agreed on: about 10% of your body weight.

• 50 to 95 kg, sleeping alone → 7 kg, 135 x 200 cm
• Over 95 kg, or sharing the blanket → 11 kg, 150 x 200 cm

When in doubt, take the lighter one. A blanket that is too heavy ends up in a cupboard; one that is slightly too light stays on the bed.
