SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing
All TRYGG hoodies are made on demand. Each order is produced and dispatched within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start processing the next business day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched from our European studio in Riga, Latvia.
Shipping Destinations & Total Delivery Times
Priority Markets — free shipping for all orders:
- Belgium, Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden: 5-9 business days
- United Kingdom: 7-11 business days (customs pre-paid, no fees at delivery)
- Norway, Switzerland: 8-13 business days (any local VAT / customs duties charged at delivery are the customer's responsibility — Norway and Switzerland are outside the EU customs union)
Rest of Europe (France, Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Ireland, Finland, Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania, Poland):
- Total delivery time: 8-14 business days
- Standard shipping: €7.95

UK customers: customs duties and VAT are pre-paid by TRYGG. No fees at delivery.
Tracking
Every TRYGG order includes tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email once your order has shipped from our Riga studio. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, carrier delays, or peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, January sales). TRYGG is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, weather events, postal strikes or circumstances beyond our control.
Order Modifications and Cancellations
Because each TRYGG hoodie is made on demand, production starts within hours of your order. Modifications and cancellations are only possible if requested at hello@weartrygg.com within 2 hours of ordering. After that, your hoodie is already being produced.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. TRYGG cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us at hello@weartrygg.com immediately — we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days at hello@weartrygg.com with your order number and photos if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly with a free replacement or full refund.
